BEEF

PORK

  • Pork orders still being taken for March/April 2017 butcher dates.
  • Deposit required; halves and wholes.

When purchasing a half or whole you will be buying the meat by “hanging weight”.  This means that once the animal is slaughtered and has the skin, head, non-usable organs, and hooves removed,  the carcass will be  weighed, giving the butcher the “hanging weight” (sometimes called “carcass weight”).

The prices below include both “farmer cost” and processing fees.

2017 Meat Prices:

BEEF = $4.00/lb hanging weight; halves or whole + butcher fee

BEEF BOXES

  • Small Beef Box = 10# burger + 5# steak variety = $120
  • Medium Beef Box = 20# burger + 10# steak variety = $240
  • Large Beef Box = 40# burger + 20# steak variety = $480
  • Deluxe Beef Box = 60# burger + 30# steak variety = $720

PORK = $   /lb. hanging weight; halves or whole; BARB-B-Q pigs. plus butcher fee.

VEAL = $7.50/lb. hanging weight; halves or whole. Plus butcher fee.

LAMB = $7.50/lb.  hanging weight ; halves or whole. Plus butcher fee.
