- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 #s ground beef
- sprinkle each of granulated garlic and granulated onion
- OPTIONAL ~ add some grated Parmesian cheese or cheddar cheese if you have it!
Shape into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheet and bake in a 400* oven for 12-15 minutes
In the meantime …
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1.5 cups ketchup
- 1 cup honey (I have substituted 1/2 cup brown sugar before)
- 6 TB soy sauce
Bring glaze to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5-8 minutes. Add meatballs to sauce, carefully stir to coat.
Serve with egg noddles, rice, or as appetizers. 🙂
