We get our beef processed at Jason’s in Albion. We’ve been using them for over 10 years and they do a fabulous job! If you have any questions on how to fill out your cut sheet be sure to ask. We are always happy to answer questions and walk you through the process. 🤠

BEEF CUT SHEET

HELPFUL HINTS:

* STEAK THICKNESS can be 1/2 inch to 1.25 inches. (AVERAGE thickness is 3/4).

*STEAKS PER PACKAGE is personal preference. (We usually do 2 per pkg.)

*ROAST SIZE is personal preference as well; rule of thumb is 1 pound of roast per person eating. So if you typically have 5 people at the dinner table you will want 5 lb roasts.

*BURGER can be packaged in 1 or 2 pounds per package.

*STEW MEAT is packaged in 1 pound packages. (If you don’t want stew meat it can be turned into ground beef instead.)

*SOUP BONES can be included. They typically have a bit of meat left on them and are an excellent addition to your soups/stews.

*SHORT RIBS are great to throw on the grill and barbecue.

*EYE OF THE ROUND can be cut into Minute Steaks or left as a roast.

*HEART *TONGUE *LIVER *DOG BONES *SUET are all personal choice. They are included at no additional charge, but you do not have to choose any/all if you prefer not to. 🤠
